Shipping

We ship freshly roasted coffee within 3-5 business days. All coffee is roasted on weekly and orders are processed as they are received. If you need to make changes to you order please contact, info@ezracoffeeco.com. Please note while we will make every effort to correct any changes, however, this is not guaranteed after the order has been submitted.

Orders are shipped primarily via USPS to all US states and territories. Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on perishable items due to health and safety concerns. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, drop us a line and give us a chance to make it right. 

NOTE: Once your order has been fulfilled and the shipping carrier has possession, it is out of our hands. The risk of loss passes to you once we have delivered your item(s) to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once your order has been shipped.
