EZRA PREMIUM BLENDS
WHY EZRA COFFEE
Adinkra Symbology
The Ghanaian Adinkra symbology is used to emphasize our cultural connections and highlight important imagery. Based on its meaning, each Adinkra symbol is chosen to accentuate the historical significance of our blends. Some symbology includes: Wawa Aba (perseverance), Epa (justice), Duafe (femininity), Ese NeTekrema (friendship), Kwatakye Atiko (bravery), Dwennimmen (humility)
Community Focused
Ezra in Hebrew means “he who helps” and that is the foundation of our business. That’s why we donate a portion of our proceeds to assist students pursuing four year degrees through our annual Ezra Scholars’ grant.
Ethically Sourced
Our beans are sourced from farms that have committed themselves to ensuring high quality coffee while requiring fair and respectable compensation to workers.
Lactose Friendly
With over 64% of the population suffering from lactose-intolerance, our rich and flavorful blends were designed so that they can be enjoyed in the absence of milk-based additives.
Speciality Coffee
Sourced from over 4 countries and 3 continents. We offer mixed-origin and flavored blends ranging from dark to light roasts. So, no matter your coffee preference, we've got something for you!
Namesakes
Each blend name was inspired by a significant event or individual. Our goal is to highlight the stories, legacies, and experiences of African-Americans that have contributed to our collective American history.

"Ezra coffee the reason that I brew my coffee instead of relying on k-cups. It is the perfect blend of sweetness, yet sharp. It is a wonderful coffee and I will be sharing this brand with all of my fellow coffee drinkers. I am an Ezra convert!"
