  • Return Policy. We do not offer refunds due to the perishable nature of our products. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within seven (7) days of delivery and we will work to make it right.

  • When will my order arrive? We strive to package and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. All orders come with order confirmation and tracking via USPS. Please check your tracking number for the exact locations.

  • Which coffee is best for espresso? We recommend “Lorde Baldwin” for an espresso. However, the 64th & Tulsa and King Malcolm can be purchased in an espresso grind. 

  • When do you roast and ship? We roast all coffees on Tuesdays and ship orders on Thursdays & Fridays.

  • Does the Toasted southern pecan blend contain nuts? No! Due to nut allergies, this blend is flavored with natural flavoring, not nuts. No nuts are used in this blend.

  • Where do you source your coffee from?
  • We source our coffee beans from the following regions: Kenya, Columbia, Ethiopia,  Guatemala, Brazil, Mexico, and Costa Rica. However, we do alternate and introduce new blends and coffees throughout the year.
