March was a meaningful month of reflection and celebration as we honored the contributions of women past and present. At Ezra Coffee, we’re passionate about amplifying the voices of women who lead with purpose—and making space for others to rise alongside them.
This year, our founder and CEO, Jessica Taylor, was honored to take part in two inspiring events that highlighted the spirit of Women’s History Month:
On March 26, Jessica joined Peloton’s Leaders in Motion series for a special Women’s History Month edition at their Plano HQ. Watch parties were held across their New York and London offices, where team members gathered to hear Jessica’s story and enjoy tastings of Ezra Coffee. It was a powerful moment to reflect on how movement and leadership intersect to inspire change and build stronger communities.
Just a few days later, on March 29, Jessica spoke at the 2025 NFM Women’s Month Panel, joining a dynamic group of entrepreneurs, advocates, and thought leaders. Together, they explored themes of equity, legacy-building, and leading with authenticity. Jessica shared the journey behind Ezra Coffee—rooted in culture, education, and purpose—and how the brand is working to create an impact far beyond the cup.
As a woman-led, Black-owned business, we’re proud to be part of a community that supports, uplifts, and champions women every day—not just during Women’s History Month.
Here’s to the women making history now, and the people who help make space for them to thrive.
