Here’s a little recipe you can enjoy this holiday season…

Candied Yams Latte

A sweet, spiced twist on a pumpkin spice latte perfect for cozy moments.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed Ezra Coffee Candied Yams Blend

  • ¾ cup milk or non-dairy alternative

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (or maple syrup)

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg

  • ⅛ tsp ground ginger (optional)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Whipped cream (optional)

  • Cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of Ezra’s Candied Yams Blend.

  2. In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium-low heat. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger (if using), and vanilla. Stir until fully combined and warmed through without boiling.

  3. Froth the milk using a frother or whisk until lightly foamy.

  4. Pour your brewed coffee into a mug, then slowly add the spiced milk mixture.

  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired.
