Celebrate National Coffee Day with Ezra Coffee

It’s National Coffee Day and honestly, any excuse to celebrate coffee is a good one in our book. Whether you’re a morning ritualist or an afternoon pick-me-up pro, today’s the perfect day to try something new (or cozy up with a favorite). We’re sharing some of our go-to recipes to help you make the most of your coffee moment.


Jessica’s Favorite: Cinnamon Brown Sugar Latte

Jessica swears by this one on crisp mornings when the day feels full of possibility.

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong Ezra Coffee (medium roast)

  • ¾ cup steamed milk (dairy or oat milk works beautifully)

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Brew your espresso or coffee.

  2. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon until dissolved.

  3. Add steamed milk, top with whipped cream if you like, and dust lightly with cinnamon.

Iced Vanilla Cold Brew

Smooth, creamy, and refreshing,  perfect for when you want something chilled but full of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Ezra cold brew concentrate

  • ½ cup milk of choice or cold water

  • 1–2 tsp vanilla syrup

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Pour in cold brew and milk/water.

  3. Stir in vanilla syrup and enjoy.

Mocha Affogato

Because sometimes dessert is the coffee.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

  • ½ cup hot Ezra dark roast coffee or 1 shot espresso

  • 1 tbsp chocolate sauce

Instructions:

  1. Place ice cream in a small dish or glass.

  2. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.

  3. Pour hot coffee over the top and serve right away.

Spiced Maple Latte

A fall hug in a mug.

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong Ezra medium roast

  • ¾ cup steamed milk

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Brew espresso or coffee.

  2. Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon.

  3. Add steamed milk and top with whipped cream if desired.
