Easy Morning Recipes for the School Year Rush
Here are 3 quick recipes to get you out the door and on your way — all of which can be carried in our travel cup 😉:

French Press – Candied Yam Blend

Smooth, rich, and full-bodied — perfect for a calm but energizing morning.

You’ll need:

    • 2 tbsp coarse-ground Candied Yam Blend

    • 12 oz hot water (just off the boil, around 200°F)

    • Optional: oat milk, cinnamon, or nutmeg

Instructions:

    1. Add 2 tbsp of Candied Yam Blend to your French press.

    2. Pour 12 oz of hot water over the grounds.

    3. Stir gently with a spoon to fully saturate the coffee.

    4. Place the lid on the French press but do not press down.

    5. Let steep for 4 minutes.

    6. Slowly press the plunger all the way down.

    7. Pour into your travel cup and enjoy. Add oat milk or a dash of spice if desired.

Iced Coffee – Lorde Baldwin Blend

A refreshing twist with bold flavor and depth — ideal for warm August days.

You’ll need:

    • 2 tbsp medium-ground Lorde Baldwin Blend

    • 6 oz hot water

    • Ice

    • Optional: vanilla syrup or sweet cream

Instructions:

    1. Brew 2 tbsp of Lorde Baldwin Blend using a pour-over or drip method with 6 oz hot water.

    2. Let the brewed coffee cool slightly (about 5 minutes).

    3. Fill your travel cup or glass with ice.

    4. Pour the cooled coffee over the ice.

    5. Add a splash of vanilla syrup or sweet cream if desired.

    6. Stir and sip on the go.

Cold Brew – Southern Pecan Blend

Smooth and nutty with a slow-brewed kick to keep you focused all day.

You’ll need:

    • 1/2 cup coarse-ground Southern Pecan Blend

    • 2 cups cold, filtered water

    • A jar or cold brew maker

    • Optional: maple syrup or almond milk

Instructions:

    1. In a large jar or cold brew maker, add 1/2 cup of Southern Pecan Blend.

    2. Pour 2 cups of cold, filtered water over the grounds.

    3. Stir to ensure all grounds are fully wet.

    4. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 16 hours.

    5. Strain using a mesh sieve, cheesecloth, or coffee filter.

    6. Serve over ice.

    7. Add a splash of maple syrup or almond milk, if desired.

    8. Pour into your travel cup and enjoy smooth energy all day.
